Day 1 — Tokyo → Yamanashi
From the Shosenkyo Gorge and fruit orchards to the winery

In the gardens spread atop the hill overlooking Mount Fuji, seasonal fruits flourish. Early summer marks the harvest of sakuranbo—Japanese cherries; in summer, fragrant peaches; in autumn, vineyards heavy with clusters of grapes; and from winter through spring, a variety of strawberries.

Day 2 — Journey through Yamanashi
Hidden Gems of Fuji — Lakes Saiko and Kawaguchi, Aokigahara

Quiche from organic eggs, country bread with white wine pomace, baguette with bamboo charcoal, salad, fruit tartlet, signature onion soup, seasonal fruits, Yamanashi wine (or grape juice)—all carefully packed in a wine crate and delivered to your room. An art museum hidden in the forest on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. The art of Itchiku Tsujigahana kimono dyeing, along with a Japanese garden and architecture, invites you into the unique world of Kubota’s great beauty. - 13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant
Houtou – a local delicacy of Yamanashi — homemade noodles with seasonal vegetables, slowly simmered in a miso-based broth. This simple yet rich dish is a favorite treat among locals. - 14:15 Yamanashi Vineyards
