Booking: Advance reservation required; same-day bookings are possible (prepayment, confirmation upon receipt of payment). The aircraft can be prepared in as little as 3 hours. 24-hour concierge service (Japanese, English, Chinese languages).
Boarding: Direct transfer to the aircraft in exclusive VIP transport. A private route guarantees no contact with other passengers (business license for operations at Haneda Airport No. 118).

Cancellation fee: 10% — up to 30 days before departure / 50% — from 29 to 7 days / non-refundable — 6 days or less. In the event of company-related circumstances (such as adverse weather or technical issues), a full refund will be issued.
